Nicki Minaj graces the cover of April's issue of ELLE Magazine showcasing her new look, and it is very "Toned Down". No pink lips, No big 'Ol crazy lashes. Ya know what! I think i like this look on her much better. The new issue is out on News stands today March 18, 2013.
